Scary SoloLearn mail

Question

I live in Germany and recently wrote here that I'm engaged in data science/machine learning with Python. Today I received an e-mail by SoloLearn about a data engineering job opportunity in Berlin that lists Python as its requirement.

Don't get me wrong, this is not a complaint. I'm glad about the information and would've even applied if the current circumstances allowed it.
(Sorry for the clickbait title, I thought it was funny)

I'm just curious if anyone else receives those mails, or if they are actually personalized? (To what degree?)

I just checked and saw that I also received such an E-Mail, although I haven't even touched the Python or SQL course here on Sololearn, so the personalized aspect seems to be very low.
Maybe they are targeting german users with gold level or higher in general because those might give the most chance for success?

It's actually shown in my Activity Feed now, "Jobs near you". I guess it only depends on the country then.

I got an email like this as well and it‘s in my feed, too. (But I guess it doesn‘t have anything to do with the user name.)

I got email from sololearn that Google wants to hire you google asked them to Train angular programmers so they co developed this course for qualified is it fake email or what ?
