what does it take to be a senior developer

sometimes i think of it like a voodoo you know for someone just to look at a piece of code and tell you that were the error.

how long time will take to be a real senior developer and what will the commitment look like...

just kinda curious though

That isnt voodoo 😄, that's habbit. If you meet one he probably encounter a countless error and try to fix it himself while create something.
