What is the best Android app for making a server on your phone?

I am using SimpleHttpServer and it works well with getHttpObject requests. But it can not handle Php. I am looking for a mobile server app than can more realistically imitate the real thing. I know it can be done. I am able to add the http link from my phones (proxy) server and I can view and download any files on my phone remotely. Anybody else tried to add a server to their mobile Android devices? Any input will be much appreciated. Thank you 😎👍.

It seems to be working very well. I still need to play around with it a bit to get the hang of it. But I think it will do the job for now. They allow to host your own web site which is really good news.
