In Python you are not forced to use oop. But if you want, you can use it.

Yes python is OOP based language.Mostly python OOP is use when you are making GUI,android development or creating games with the help of python.Python OOP help you create more flexible and readable code which is essential for every python developer.

Yes, of course. There are any differents, but python has full support of oop. Moreover python supports powerfull multiinheritance in contrast java and simple polymorphic concept
