How to make my code work with my phone?

I want to create a code ,but to do that i have to make it work with my phone.
For example if i will create a machine learning to research who is the persons in this pictures ,i have to make it work with the pictures in my phone.

To do that, you need to really understand how AI works. I’m not an expert in this, but I would choose a programming language to use, then get a book about machine learning in that language. There are also tons of resources online about this, but it may be helpful to read the book first to understand all that the web pages will talk about
