you can go on wikihow.com and search it on that website. Though it does not teach you how to code c. Just tips and things to think about when your writing the code. Depending where you live,i might have a place where you can find a book place for you. since i live in nyc i can go to barns and nobels if you live near there than you can find a how to book. if you cant find a book there, then check amazon.com.

I suggest you to join one of the ongoing projects on gitter or github to get some good knowledge and then you can start your own os group/project group because you requires testers too and there are many of them available on the web who can do it for free
