IDE for Android?

Question

Since I am limited to my phone right now, is there an IDE available to compile and test code for larger projects for Android? I figured I'd ask the coding community first over "googling" the matter. Thanks!

Language ?
For python,c++,java - yes there are. May not be complete as pc. But in most cases will do.
For ruby - i haven't seen one yet.
(I am talking about offline ides)
