What is difference between setCenterx and setTranslatex? In JavaFX

I am new in JavaFX
I am trying to make a dot and boxes game.

For now
I am creating a 9 circles as dots.
But when I set the circle X and Y using setTranslateX(Y). It goes what I want it to be

When I use setCenterX it just going to the beginning

Anyone could explain that? Ty
