I have accepted a challenge but after 1 round it is saying " something went wrong"repeatedly even I had a strong internet , why?

This had occurred several times. I had a strong internet connection (Jio 4G ) and still it is showing after round 1 or 2 "Something went wrong". I have accepted other challenges but there is no other problem. But at the same time to some challenges it keeps giving me the error message. How to complete such challenges??

Happened to me about the day you reported this question. There must have been some server maintenance/issue around then.

Have you tried cleaning your cache and reboot ? Some but not all can be fixed - otherwise do screenshots and send to Sololearn via email...

If your Smartphone says you have a 4G Internet Connection, it is still possible that you have cutoffs in the Connection. This is most present with budget- cellphone providers. So change your provider if you won't feel comfortable.

Jo Krie it doesn't seem to matter as it appears to be globally ~ to many people with low end to high end priced phones with fair to great providers still seem to have problems all day long - every day.

In my Case, i have a Samsung A5 2017, but a really bad provider. My phone shows me 4G connection and sometimes even normal websites won't load.
