Is there a way to get Xcode on my PC? It's not an apple product.

My PC is a Dell Inspirion 15. It's obviously not an apple product and recently my mac has gone through issues and I only have visual studio code left on my PC. I cqn write some Swift 4 there but I cannot run it. Pls help soz!

Either use macos in virtual box of your Dell PC if it has adequate ram and memory.
Or else Renting a Mac in the cloud
