error : unresolved references when trying to import a package

Question

I just new in kotlin. So when i'm trying to import a package it works on IDEA IntelliJ. But when i run it in terminal it doesn't work and got this error message : error : unresolved references

Actually i just want to know behind the procces for package in kotlin ;)
