CSS3 and JavaScript can not be used to create graphics for movie.
They are designing languages for web pages.
You have to use some softwares which are used to create graphics for games and VFX for movies.
Example- blender software is open source software to build 3D objects.
Maya and 3Ds max are paid and most popular 3D modeling softwares.
