Can python3 be the 1st language to learn Programing?

I don't know any other languages. I know basic c and php. I want to learn python3 as my 1st language.

Of course it can, any language can be your first. I'd advise you to study c++ as to develop a stronger programmer feeling from the start. But if it is python that you want - it is a great way to start, flexible and with a lot of potential in the near future. So follow your gut feeling and which goes best for you. Good luck!
