hey there guys...nowadays the compitition between programmers are huge.. to be the best out of the crowed you should learn these things..
1. data structures
2. algorithms (can save you hours)
3. multiple languages
4. frameworks and librarys
5. common sence and present state of mind

these are some common but the most important points even google and facebook too give their maximum priority on these 5points.. and specially 1&2 are the extremly important. the more you know about them the more you can do......
