Do Microsoft Azure Services MySQL costs money?

I’m trying to connect from Visual Basic.Net to an Azure database from Visual Studio. Does someone know if it cossts money to create a database and mantain it in Microsoft Azure Services MySQL database?

You can have trial period to use the service. After trial expired, there is a fee need to pay.
