For Sanaa correct timezone is Asia/Aden.

I think the nameform of the timezones. See the supported timezones: http://php.net/manual/en/timezones.asia.php Write "Asia/Tokyo" instead of "Japan/Tokyo". And if your city is not listed in supported timezones then you can use the nearest to that place. Write "Asia/Riyadh" instead of "Yemen/Sanaa".
