Should I pay Oracle for my Java projects?

Hi guys, I've recently upgraded my JDK to the latest version JDK 11 and It seems that Java is no longer free for commercial usage. So, could someone explain that for me, I mean when should we pay and how much. For example suppose I have a blog which uses Java as backend and maybe I'm running the blog to make money. Does Oracle charge me in that case?

Nope I guess! Still you can use openJDK if they make it paid. And I found this article talking about this question. https://www.i-programmer.info/news/80-java/12154-is-java-still-free.html

Yes, you should pay in that case, but if you are developing your projects only for education, testing and prototyping purposes you don't have to pay anything.. For commecial purposes you will have to pay Orcale. You can check out Oracle's website and see their license.
