Where do I start?

I'm an entry level IT working towards my CCNA and I was listening to a coworker explaining how he created a tool to streamline our work process and I want to be able to do that. He recommended this. Where should I start and any advise? I have no experience with programming or coding and I want to change that.

For programming, start with Sololearn.

python ;) it can be very frustrating starting, but look everything through and read correctly. HTML is a good start too!
