It depends on you. Learning C can help you to understand the logic behind programming

It depends. Python is easier than C to learn. But C helps to learn the fundamentals of programming while Python focuses on doing the job.

C and Python are polar opposites. Learning one won't help you with learning the other

Because Python is made in C doesn't mean you need to learn it. It is supposed to be an opposite and make a fast learning environment, unlike C.

From a beginner to a beginner: Yes you can. I must admit I had some basic understanding of C++ before I started off with python  but I must tell you that Python is a much easier language to understand than C or C++ and much more can be accomplished with it with lesser code and therefore lesser development time.

learning C gives you room to understand programming logic and concepts, the language that is most similar to C is C++, and they are still lot of different between them, if you know C all other language will be easy to learn

If you are a beginner it would be best to start with Python why c has a more difficult syntax

If you want to know the universe of programming learn C. If output is more important and time is a variable start with Python. C language is really powerful and fast but takes more time to learn.

You can become an absolute my master of Python without knowing c at all, but you'll never be a master programmer, without learning c at all.
