CMD Javac cant find my code file?

Hello I entered the code into the Notepad++ and saved as ExampleProgram.java on the desktop when I run the image above it cant find the code have I done something wrong?

use tab to find your file !
in addition what is your operating system ?

I'm running Windows 10 basically what I did was create the Path using javas file location typed in the code from the tutorial, then saved that code as .java on my desktop,

Once I cmd the javac I got that message.
