Can I code in smartphone and to open the file from directories?

This is the code what I learned from python and I tried to dcoder(mobile app) but its give me a permissionError. Please someone help me!

file=open("/Home/Internal storage/newfile.txt","r")
print(file.read())
file.close()

Have you used Pydroid3 app for Python? The best app for coding Python on Android.
Just search for it in the play store.
