I suggest reading the SoloLearn Privacy Policy documentation.
https://www.sololearn.com/Privacy-policy
Under section "Special Note on Treatment of Minors’ Information",
"If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register for the Services or send any personal information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that a child under 13 may have provided us personal information, please contact us at info@sololearn.com."
In my opinion, as long as the account in question is handled by their supervisor/teacher instead of the kids themselves, there shouldn't be an issue. I think it would be wise to consult the administrators, as they would provide you with clear, unambiguous instructions as to how the app can be used to teach kids (without violating any of their own policies). Just send your queries to info@sololearn.com.
