I wish I were a good web design and developer. so I has completed html, css, besic javascrip ,jquery & bostrap. then what can I do next for good developer & design?? any one give me good suggestion.

PHP is for the server-side scripting, and Angular.js is a JavaScript framework. So if you want to have login stuff, then PHP, and Angular.js is good to know as well.

You only learn a little part of frontend skill. You will also need to learn backend to be a full stack.

Based on what you said you have learned, Try responsive design, especially with flexbox and grid system.

For server side scripting, I suggest you begin with express of Node.js
