I don't think it should be problematic 'cuz nowadays many tutorials and even official docs are available in many different languages. And as far as syntaxes are considered, I don't think it needs you to be perfect in English.

As a native English speaker living abroad and having studied several languages I can honestly say English is a confusing and complicated language.
As others have mentioned, learning any language, rather spoken or programming, is a difficult task. My best advice, have fun, ask questions and do not be afraid to make mistakes.
