My c++ programm wont start.

Question

its a simple hello world everything is correct , but it still stays that the system was unable to locate the disk or something. I need help :3 I might have installed something wrong?

First see your compiler is correctly installed or not
Or you can go to see a video copy the steps of a video and you will find what were doing wrong
Firstly i suggest you to try to reinstall the software and next time try to run it as administrator.

That's a tricky part that various software by software but you should reinstall the software even after that doesn't work then see a video
