Does SoloLearn challenge everyone?

I just got challenged by SoloLearn is it a bot is it person? Does everyone get challenged by SoloLearn? it tied me and SoloLearn with the same answers

I think that SoloLearn challenges those who do not often do challenges, not like us the challengers. We, challengers, didn’t receive a challenge from SoloLearn. So I think that SoloLearn give you a chance to do a challenge. That’s what I think.

Yeah I have play challenges with Sololearn twice both in php and JavaScript
I don't see it as a bot but rather the person who control sololearn user account by the way sololearn have their account too

I was challenged a few days after I start coding with the app (almost 15 years after since I programmed for the last time).
So I'm a noob.
I found it very difficult and I think it's not enough time to respond :`(
