Other Computers Can't Run my exe file

Question

As I mentioned in the title, when I try to run my program in a different computer, it is not opened. It asks to download some kind of dlls. However, when I complete downloading those dlls, it now says "VCRUNTIME140D.dll wasnt found in dynamic library" (I couldnt find what the exact error message is, I tried to translate it myself).
Couldnt find solution, I would be appreciated if you help me, thanks.

[I am using C++ and I created that executable file using Microsoft Visual Studio 2017]

Edit:
I guess that last error message is something like, entry point isnt found.
