I wanted to self learn something about programming but i do not have any basic about it. So where should i start to learn?

What do you want to develop will answer your question.

Webapp / Website -> HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Windows Application -> C#

iOS Application -> Swift

Artificial intelligence / Machine learning / Neural Network -> Python

Game Development -> C++, C#

And if you are not sure what to do, then get your hands dirty with Python.
