Hi, I'm trying to figure out, how to pass query string in a meta refresh URL? Is there a way to do it using JavaScript?

Example: below is the format I want to extract.

<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0; URL=https://Content/content">

I need the redirected URL to display like this,

Https://content/content?source=value

Yeah, there'll be our company domain and name of the current page. The query string needs to updated dynamically. Is this something you can help you with?
