Conflicts of ID's, the page can't identify each row as a unique element.
Just replace #operating_system to an arbitrary name for both the "id" and "href" attributes starting from the 8th row.

I think it may be issue with you list item (<li>) id choices. You have multiple with the same id and the ones with the same id seem to be misbehaving. I haven't as yet been able to find the solution as I've not had the time.
