When do you think will IPV6 actually be implemented?

IPV6 was first thought in 1998, due to multiple devices using IPV4 , even after 21 years it is not being used .

IPv6 is sure implemented, but not everywhere so it is not FULLY implemented but it is in the works. It's been in the work of implementation since the early 2000's and it is currently implemented in roughly 1/4 or 1/5 of the world due to somd quick research I did regarding this topic. This is one technological thing that has not been fast to implement it seems... Like it's been over a decade since it started being implemented. Countries like USA and other countries around that region have IPv6 implemented while it is not fully implemented where I live. My research are from numbers from like 9-10 months ago. But if I have to guess when it is gonna be fully implemented it sure will be before 2050, possibly way earlier than that.

Does anyone know what is responsible for the delay in rolling it out?

According to some research most of the device around the world uses an ivp4 protocol and the transition between ipv6 to ipv6 is expensive
