Just finished a course but don't feel like I've really learned anything

finished javascript and i can answer questions and fill in code but i dont really "get" it if you know what i mean. i don't understand how to apply it all. where do I go from here?

You have to make a little project together with the course.
If you complete the course only for the badge you cannot learn a lot....
