Which programming language is best for hacking.can any one help me out over here.

There are several languages. VERY IMPORTANT are things like batch. Batch is a programming laguage for Windows, you can do very much commands there. It‘s also very important to know a bit about Networks, that‘ll help you. Gear experience in ssh (sth like batch). Maybe buy yourself a raspberry pi and play around with it.

Bot there is no official „hacker-laguage“.. Maybe C#, C could be what you‘re searching for. Also every hacker should know Js and HTML because they‘re judt useful. You‘ll need them, trust me :)
