Did you do the courses on Python and SQL here? They are a pretty good start for learning the basics. Combining Python and SQL afterwards isn't that hard as there are some nice and easy modules available.

There is a small introduction here on sololearn which is a good start. Otherwise I don't know of any specific Numpy course. It is usually taught as part of data science courses.

Numpy really isn't that hard to learn. Stackoverflow and the official documenation is usually enough to solve any problems arising.
