Where and what to practice to strengthen JS?

Im good at HTML and CSS. Now Learning JS because I want to get into UI development and Data Visualization.

Codewars.com is a perfect training playground for a wide selection of languages, among which JS.
However, it's not html/dom handling oriented, but allows to goog practice fundamentals as high level programming problemes / brain teaser ^^
