You start with HTML and CSS / Bootstrap for styling and building the site. Basically, the skeleton for the site

JavaScript for making it functional (buttons, order placement etc.)

SQL for database-management (keeping sales records, inventory, employee roster etc.)

The time this will take depends on it's complexity. Some sites you can make in a day, others take weeks. Good luck with the website👍🏼☕
