Rose can I suggest that you take a look at Adam Khouri's videos on YouTube. He talks about a number of ways in which you can animate. Best of luck.

CSS animations are probably the easiest.

Not diffcult. You can create simple one after learning html and css. This is my code. https://code.sololearn.com/W9CsbJaITLyy/?ref=app

As I said on the post where the fella asked about learning JavaScript, I can pretty much say the same thing here: Look at other people's codes where they animated something and see how they did it. Keep an eye out for codes that do things that you would want to do yourself and look into them. Learn piece by piece. My advice would be to think of a small project and then look into how to do each step as you do it, asking questions when you get stuck. Start small and then you can keep doing bigger and bigger projects or just keep adding to the first one. It can be as simple as, "Let's make this box go from here to there" then it can be "let's make the box change colors as it moves" then "let's make it change size also" and so on and so forth. When a general question like "Can you help me learn animation?" is asked, it can only be answered in general ways. It's easier for us to help you out when when have an idea and start a project and then you can post your code attempt and ask, "How do I fix/do this?" 😉
