I don't think restricting learning material only to paying users would be a good decision. From the ethical standpoint (many learners are teens or unable to pay the subscription) as well as considering what impact it is going to have on the app's popularity and inevitable toxicity of the two user groups (free and pro) towards each other.
It would be fine if they add more vanity things though. Anything without direct connection to learning. For example make it that only pro users can post in their feed, nice (mostly) useless feature - too good to be free. Probably.

In my opinion, sololearn should offer advanced programming courses just for pro. Maybe new languages or frameworks in the code playground only accessible for pro users.

Edwin One question : Asking about sololearn pro users satisfaction. The other question : Encouraging people to became a pro.
Nothing related to my question.
This discussion could be interesting in order to know what users would like to find in a pro profile.

Diego Perhaps with more attractive extras, more people became pro, more incomes and more money to improve servers with better capacity and connectivity

I remember, must have been around autumn, thinking:
Hey, I hang out here all the time shouldn't I get pro? Well let's just wait first till they get that connection thing in order...

Honestly, the PRO version is good where it is. The only downside is the price.
Adding exclusive content may divide the community. I've seen it happen with other sites.
But as Honfu said, if all it takes for them to fix the conectivity issues is a subscription, then count me in.
