I can't create a quiz from a Quiz Factory* with my iOS device [SOLVED]

Question

3 dots on the top > Quiz Factory* > Suggest a Quiz

Here Android has 3 icons: "Multiple Choice", "Guess the Output" and "Fill in the Blank(s)" (as I've seen from one youtube video).

But with iOS I can set the name of the lesson (!), pick a language and choose "Lesson" or "Quiz".
The problem is, no matter what option of these 2 I pick, it will throw me to creating a lesson(!!!)

*Also, the problem is, I don't have an English version. And the correct translation from my language is "Lesson(!) Factory"....
I am confused.

Quiz Factory is only available on the English version.

IOS also has fewer features than Android but maybe you just need the English language version.

Sonic Both iOS and Android need to be in English to use Quiz Factory.

I'm on iOS, have the Multiple choice/Guess the Output/Fill in the Blank(s) but can only choose between C and Swift languages. My phone is set to english and I'd like to add a C# quiz. Is it me or everyone on iOS having this problem?
