I finished basic python, what to learn next?

Now that I finished Python basic, what modules/techniques etc should I learn next for me to be able to make fully functional programs?

Take a look at tkinter:

It allows you to make graphical programs for desktop without much trouble, because it comes with Python.

now learn it in depth. I know learning to program is like being a child locked in a chocolate factory, you want to sample everything! but you must resist the temptation and orient yourself towards mastery.

You can create fully funtionally programms with python.
But if you want to learn more languages i suggest you learn c# or java

It almost depends upon you.if you want to start with game development in python then pygame is best for you.if you want to create website then Django framework of python is best.for android development kivy is best framework of python and for machine learning matplotlib,numpy,scipy,pandas etc are best framework of python.choose what you want to do with python and learn framework to related your work.
