Help..How can i create an app that act as a website.

The thing is i want to develop an app that will act almost as a social media but i don't want to learn web developing,i will be using java,so is possible?

You would need to build the bahaviour of a website into your java app.
So if you are good enough with java it can be done.
If you are not good enough in java i suggest you learn web development

It would be a lot easier to go the other way around, since browsers and HTML5 are very powerful, and most smart phones have a good built in browser. Your creation would also then be able to work on Android, apple, Windows and Linux automatically.

i suggest you first of all create a website first before you talk about the application
