Can you get a job by mastering HTML only?

Depends upon the definition of job. You can not do a data scientists job by just learning HTML however if your job is to make little static HTML documents on a page then you surely can grasp that job. But remember the skill level is also related to the pay.

Getting a job with the knowledge of HTML only is not that much of a challenge when you are not considering a job related to programming.
Jobs that use html the most:
Java Developer.

Senior Java Developer.

Senior Software Engineer.

Software Engineer.etc

Getting a job is not only about coding skills. Getting the right contacts is very important.

But I'm sure there are people making money only with html. But this specialized stuff like aria or micro data which is not part of sololearn courses

No, now-a-days mastering only in HTML,CSS and JS would not get a job as a frontend developer. One should learn JS frameworks like React, Angular ,Vue etc to become web developer.
