the problem is just that, you learn them and leave em be, that way you will surely forget, just think that you learn to write a letter today and you did not write a letter to anyone in one month, if you try to write a letter at this time you would have forgotten the techniques you learnt one month ago, programming takes repitition to master, use what you learn to solve problems, that way it will be hard to forget
