Your cpu doesn't support required features (vt-x or svm) facing this error in Android Studio?

I am using AMD ryzen processor and Windows 10 . I enabled Virtualization but the error occurred again. And I tried Hyper- v but other error occurred like Adb.
And I installed Nox emulator but the emulator is not working. I haven't used Genymotion bcoz it is paid version.Can u plz Help me.
