Enabling TPM with powershell (HELP!)

Question

I am attempting to enable TPM with a script so I can deploy bitlocker to many workstations over a short amount of time for work. I am stuck and my script does not work (Returns with an exit code of 6). I have searched everywhere and this is what I seem to find. The only way I can do it currently is through BIOS but that takes too much time. especially for hundreds of computers.
Please Help! I have a HP Prodesk 600 G1.

Script:
