But you can find some very good YouTube videos giving you a good basic idea
Also you can join the courses on Udacity to learn ethical hacking.

AADi RAYA You need to know how the internet works, begin from OSI and TCP/IP. Learn about protocols, ports etc. After that, learn command line interface. Next, learn linux as windows is a keylogger(lol) and most of the tools which you're going to use are only available for linux. Begin, from ubuntu as it's easy and lightweight. Read basic security books which would teach you some basic attacks such as bruteforcing, dictionary attack, spoofing etc. Then, learn about vulnerabilities and how they're exploited. Master any programming language (python recommended as it's easy and powerful) it would help you too understand that how those hacking tools actually work. Enjoy learning, always stay updated, but remember the path you're talking about demands sacrifice. Sacrifice of friends, entertainment, love etc. Good luck!
