Offline apps to code HTML/CSS/JS and visualize it?

Question

I'm currently using WebMaster to type and HTML Code Play to "run" it. I wonder if there is a good app that do both actions.

Also, where can I program in php and use SQL?

Wish i could. When I try to load the .html file it says "Access Unauthorized" or some sort of thing.
Actually i dont know why i never searched for a solution xD

WAMP . it's a mini server for your computer that is very easy to set up. just download, install and type localhost into the url box. put your website files in the www folder in the wamp program files. XAMP is another one just like it but I haven't tried it. Both also support server side scripting so you can test it without having to buy a proper internet server
