Why shouldn't they add ethical hacking course it would be great

Because most of the students here would not do it ethically. We won’t arm a bunch of people pretending to do it for ethical reasons to go out and start attacking other people’s sites. Especially when the information about how to do it already exists online. If you want to learn, stop being lazy and asking about it here and go do your homework about it by googling.
