Does chatbot pose a threat to web forms?

Will chatbots come to replace forms used to gather user data in websites?
Will it be as efficient or even better than forms?

I doubt it. I think as far as data entry, forms are easily the most efficient method. Chat bots add a level of false customer service, but in all reality I think most people are frustrated by them more than they feel like their service issues were handled.
