How to get access to my old account??

I have some problems with my account, I've tried to log in from new device, then I changed my password, because I forgot it, but it seems like my account has been erased. I have a link to my old account -

I really want to get access to this account, because it has many achievements and useful programmes and interesting topics and I really like it. Did anyone have the same problem?

or try the password reset option if you can still access your old profile's email address.

Please I can't get my account.i got a new device and sign in but all my data have been erased. I sign in with d registered email and password because but my details are gone.
